Rather than filling a single seat, Monoxivent is doubling down and introducing a dual National Sales Manager structure designed to better serve its growing customer base and representative network.
Leading this new chapter are Mitch Michaelis and Jon McCoy, two professionals who bring complementary strengths, shared energy, and a common commitment to customer success.
Mitch Michaelis, a valued member of the Monoxivent team for over two years, has already demonstrated a strong understanding of the company’s products, markets, and partners. Known for his responsiveness and steady leadership, Mitch provides continuity and deep institutional knowledge at a pivotal time.
Joining him is Jon McCoy, who has officially started today, April 13, 2026. Jon brings fresh perspective, new ideas, and a drive to build meaningful relationships across Monoxivent’s North American representative network.
