Summary:
Thanks to a complete renovation, the facility formerly known as Mudd Library at Northwestern University has expanded both vertically (adding two floors) and horizontally (each floor grew by 75 percent). With this expansion came the need to provide extensive exhaust fan capabilities.
A vital part of the University’s growing research ecosystem, the newly overhauled building is home to beautiful and highly functional laboratories. Monoxivent partnered with Hatchell & Associates to supply a total of six (6) Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic exhaust stacks for laboratory and chemical fume exhaust fans. These stacks incorporated integral FRP curb caps factory manifolded to the stack body to create a completely waterproof installation.
